Ingredients
For the mass
100% comprehensive option
- 3 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 cup of water (and a little more if you need it)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (use olive)
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Semi integral option
- 2 cups of white flour and 1 cup of whole wheat flour
- 1 cup of water (and a little more if you need it)

For the filling
- 1 onion
-1/2 red paprika
-3 grated carrots
-1/2 grated Italian zucchini
- 1/2 small box of cream (for the vegan use the one from @vilaychile )
- grated or chopped cheese to taste (for vegans use the one from @violife_foods )
- 2 normal eggs and for the vegan 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour mixed with 2 tablespoons of water. It should be like a liquid paste.

- mix the ingredients for the dough and set aside
- preheat the oven to 180
- sautƩ onion and paprika to taste
- grate zucchini and carrot
-mix all the filling ingredients
- put the dough in a round or square mold. Stretch well at the edges
-insert the filling into the mold and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 190 degrees. We know it is ready when it browns on top and the edges.
- once ready, let cool for 5 minutes and serve!
*optional: put more cheese on top so that it grills and is extra delicious
