Ingredients
- 3 large apples, diced (I used green)
- 2 cups oat flour (processed oats)
- 3/4 cup brown or panela sugar, sweetener, or a mixture of both
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (I used olive)
- the juice of half an orange
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- vanilla and cinnamon essence to taste
- 1/2 cup hot water
Preparation
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the apples. Stir well so that there are no lumps.
- in a glass mold, optionally put butter paper and sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon
- distribute the previously cut apples evenly in the mold
- distribute the dough on top of the apples evenly
- bake for 40 minutes. Then take out, let cool for 10 minutes and serve!
