  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 2 eggs

  • Vanilla and cinnamon essence to taste

  • Optional: sweetener of your choice. This is optional, since the banana already provides natural sweetness

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

To make pancakes you need a good frying pan that is as hot as possible. Worry about using the best pan you have! Heat it immediately over high heat.


In a juicer, mix all the ingredients. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water. You can use spray oil or a tablespoon to put in the pan before adding a tablespoon of mixture. Start little by little to make each pancake in the pan, on both sides.


How do you know when to turn the pancake?

When small bubbles appear, it is ready to turn with a spatula.


What to eat your pancakes with?

Here I leave you some ideas! strawberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, chopped almonds, honey, maple, peanut butter. Ugh... with whatever you like the most!
