Betarraga hummus

About the recipe


-Cooked chickpeas (you can cook them yourself or buy them ready-made)

-Olive oil

-Cooked beets

-Sea salt

-Seasonings to taste (garlic powder, onion powder)


Combine all the ingredients in a processor and that's it. I used approximately 2 cups of cooked chickpeas, 1/3 cup olive oil and 1/4 regular beetroot. If you like it with more beet flavor, add more, it is almost impossible for it to go wrong!
