- 1 Cup dates soaked the night before
- 1 Cup coconut flour
- Ā½ Cup Unsalted Peanuts
- Grated coconut to decorate
Cocoa Balls š«
- 1 Cup dates soaked the night before
- 1 Cup unsalted peanuts
- Ā½ Cup bitter cocoa
- Optional coverage: Mix Ā¾ cup bitter cocoa with Ā½ coconut oil and stevia drops
Preparation
Coconut balls
In a processor, first grind the dates (remember to remove the pit). When you have a paste, add the peanuts and continue processing. Once it is homogeneous, remove it and mix it with the coconut flour in a container. The mixture should have a plasticine texture. Make balls and decorate with grated coconut.
cocoa balls
In a processor, first grind the dates (remember to remove the pit). When you have a paste, add the peanuts and continue processing. Once it is homogeneous, remove it and mix it with the bitter cocoa in a container. The mixture should have a plasticine texture. Make balls and then optionally spread them in the chocolate coating.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before eating!
