Sweet Potato and Carrot Chips

  • sweet potato potato

  • Seasonings to taste. I used sea salt, garlic and chive powder.


Simply cut the sweet potato and carrot as thin as you can, place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and monitor the process until they begin to brown and become crispy.

I recommend staying close to the kitchen because from one minute to the next they are good to take out.

OPTIONAL: before putting it in the oven, season it with sea salt, seasonings and/or a little oil.
