Lentil brownie

About the recipe


All ingredients are replaceable with whatever you have at home.


- 1 cup lentil flour (replaceable with any flour)

- 1/2 cup cornstarch

- 1/2 cup bitter cocoa powder

- 1 cup sweetener, sugar or panela

- 1/3 cup peanut butter 🥜 (must have in my daily life)

- Vanilla essence to taste

- 1 1/2 cup hot water



We put together all the wet and dry ingredients separately. Then we put everything together and listeilor.

Pour into a small mold (I used a small square one) and heat the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Once the 20 minutes are up, let it cool in the oven for 15 more minutes.

Tips to make it mega delicious: before baking, decorate with more peanut butter and/or chocolate chips 🍫
