1 cup soy meat, the brand you like the most
2 sachets of tomato sauce or 1 large jar. Here you can use any sauce you want, I personally like the ones that are less processed or just tomato... and not with added sugar.
1/2 carrot
1 medium onion
Salt, seasonings to taste
Preparation
Soak the soy meat for half an hour with warm water or 10 minutes with freshly boiled water.
While you soak the meat, cut the onion and carrot and you are going to make a sauce. When it is ready, you are going to strain the meat and add it to the pan. SautƩ for 5 minutes and add seasonings + tomato sauce. Let it evaporate for 10 minutes and your meat is ready to be devoured!!
I served it with some chickpea noodles (gluten-free) and baked Italian zucchini cut into slices with salt and a little oil. Seriously this meal was 10/10
