Ingredients
For the filling:
-1 1/2 cup grated coconut
-1 cup powdered vegetable milk
-1/2 cup liquid vegetable milk
-Stevia or sweetener to taste
Coverage ingredients:
-1/2 cup melted coconut oil
-1/2 cup bitter cocoa powder
-Stevia or sweetener to taste
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden. Then make the balls and leave them for a couple of hours (you can do them at night) so that later it will be easier to cover them with chocolate.
Then we mix all the topping ingredients and coat the balls. They are ready!! You can put them back in the freezer or leave them in the refrigerator.
