Banana Blondies

About the recipe

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cup oatmeal flour (finely ground oats)

- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

- 3 small ripe bananas or two large ones

- 1/2 cup oil (I used olive oil)

- 1/2 cup whole sugar (or panela, sweetener)

- 1 cup boiling water

- Vanilla essence to taste

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar


Optional:

- Spices to taste (such as cinnamon)

- Chocolate chips to decorate

Preparation

- Oven preheated to 180 degrees

- We put wet and separated ingredients together, then we put everything together

- At the end we add the baking powder and apple cider vinegar to the mixture

- We put it in a square mold (approximately 20x20). I used a silicone one, otherwise I recommend putting butter paper or something similar so it doesn't stick.

- Optional we add the chocolate chips

-We put it in the oven for 40 minutes. Then you turn it off and leave it for 15 more minutes to cool in the oven.
